Returns & Refunds

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Wished For but we do understand that on occasions, the item you ordered may just not be suitable.

• If you decide that you wish to return your item, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving it.  

• When we have agreed to accept the return, you have 14 days in which to send the item back to us.  We recommend that you use a tracked service for your return.

• Return postage is covered by the customer and is non refundable.

The item must be unworn, in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it.  

* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non returnable items

• For hygiene purposes, earrings are not returnable.

• Personalised or custom orders (ie items made to a specific length, size, design etc) are not returnable.

*Exceptions to this return policy are if the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case please contact us straight away.
